Needs Improvement
Some customers said that sorting files could be improved slightly. They can’t always seem to find the most recent files whether they sort by “original file creation date” or “date updated.” Sometimes takes them a little longer than they did like to find what they need.
Some customers dislike the long time it takes to download an asset. A majority of the it’ll take around a hour or so to download a high res asset.
There are some weaknesses in portal functionality and portal creation capabilities. It would be ideal to be able to create custom dashboards/homepage without extensive use of html.
