T24Global No Refund Policy for Services, AI Frameworks, and eLearning Courses
At T24Global, we strive to provide the highest quality services, AI frameworks, and eLearning courses to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Due to the nature of these offerings, we have established a strict no refund policy with specific exceptions.
No Refund Policy
1. Services: All services provided by T24Global are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting services, repair services, technical support, and custom software development. Once a service has been rendered, payment is non-refundable regardless of the outcome or satisfaction.
2. AI Frameworks: Purchases of AI frameworks from T24Global are final and non-refundable. Due to the proprietary nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the purchase is completed.
3. eLearning Courses: All eLearning course sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any online courses, digital content, or educational materials, including courses that have been accessed or partially completed.
Server Downtime Refund Policy
In the event that our servers are down for more than one week (7 consecutive days), we will process a refund for the affected period of downtime. The refund will be processed within 15 working days for the duration of the server downtime only. This refund policy applies exclusively to the period during which the servers are unavailable and does not affect the general no refund policy for other services, AI frameworks, or eLearning courses.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall T24Global be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if T24Global has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- The use or the inability to use the service.
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained, or messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
