HelloSign is an e-signing solution to send, receive and manage legally binding signatures for your business of any size. It allows admins to view all team documents and configure their team settings. HelloSign lets you create a template on your iPad or tablet. Then, your clients can sign the form with you in person, right on your iPad or tablet using their finger.
HelloSign send you notification when major events such as a document being reviewed or signed happens. Two-Factor authentication (2FA) gives you an extra layer of security when logging into HelloSign. If sender enables Two-Factor authentication, they will be asked to enter a unique code sent to their mobile phones before logging into HelloSign.
HelloSign allows you to create and save documents once with signature, merge, and text fields for repeated use. HelloSign supports 17 popular file formats, including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, PDF, Excel, and more.

One size document aren’t fits for all. With variable signers, a sender would have to have different versions of their templates for the different number of signers. Before variable signers, a template can automatically adjust to the number of signers. This take place directly in the HelloSign signature request without having to create new templates.
HelloSign provides a signer reassignment feature that allows recipients to delegate signing to someone else. The original signer can enter a name and email and then “reassign” a signature request. In other words, the original signer can transfer signing request to someone else.
HelloSign’s Decline to Sign feature, allow signer to reject the signature request to end the signing process. The sender knows why the document was declined because the signer is asked to provide a mandatory reason.

Also, customers say that Although HelloSign documents are generally considered legally binding, there may be parties that refuse to use it.
