ADP Vantage HCM has limitations with labor allocation and becomes complex while payroll previews. Few believe that ADP Vantage HCM should work upon its customer support services as they are not much experienced and do not have much knowledge about their software. Others commented that ADP Vantage HCM provides great insights allowing to extract or prepare reports but Ad-Hoc reporting is not exactly simple. Few believe that it loses engagement ad communication as they grow with newer features as each setup, affects another setup within the system.
