Who this notice covers
This notice describes how T24 Global handles information collected through its website, sales enquiries, evaluation workspaces and business software services. It applies to visitors, prospective customers, tenant administrators and authorised users. A tenant may separately determine how it uses its own customer, employee or supplier information. In that situation the tenant is responsible for its notices and lawful instructions, while T24 Global processes the information required to provide the agreed service. Contact sales@t24global.com for privacy questions and routing to the responsible team.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, business names, selected industry templates, operating locale, commercial preferences, support correspondence and consent records supplied to us. Transaction records can include order references, invoice details, tax identifiers, payment status and bank-transfer references. Payment-card credentials should be entered only into the payment provider interface, never into a support message or chatbot. Operational records can include device, security, usage and audit information needed to protect accounts and diagnose faults. Upload only documents that you are authorised to share.
Purposes and communication
We use information to answer enquiries, create and support workspaces, administer permissions, fulfil orders, issue documents, verify payments, prevent abuse and measure contractual usage. Transactional messages concerning an order, security event or service request are separate from optional promotional communications. An enquiry does not automatically authorise unrelated marketing. Where consent is required, it must be specific and may be withdrawn through the stated contact channel. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing already performed and may prevent delivery of a feature that depends on the withdrawn permission.
Shared infrastructure and tenant boundaries
T24 Global reserves the right to store and process service data in shared database and hosting infrastructure for the agreed service. Shared storage does not mean that unrelated tenants are allowed to inspect one another's records. Access is scoped by tenant and role, subject to authorised support and security administration. This notice does not grant unrestricted rights to resell personal data, use it for unrelated advertising or train general-purpose AI models. Any proposed additional use needs its own specified lawful basis, necessary disclosure and applicable agreement or consent.
Providers, integrations and international processing
Hosting, communications, payment and other approved providers may process the information necessary for their functions. A tenant must review a connector before enabling it and limit the folders, records and credentials made accessible. AI features can send selected content to the configured model provider; confidential or regulated material should not be sent without an appropriate arrangement. Provider locations and international transfers depend on the configured deployment and services. Customers needing a particular residency or transfer arrangement must obtain written confirmation before uploading restricted information.
Retention, access and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose, contract, applicable legal obligations, security investigations and configured business retention policy. Archiving or soft deletion may remove a record from everyday screens without immediately destroying protected audit records or backups. We do not promise immediate erasure of information that must lawfully be preserved. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or grievance handling where applicable. We may need proportionate identity or authority verification before releasing or changing records. Tenant-held records may require the tenant administrator to handle the request.
Security, cookies and your choices
Use strong credentials, enable available multi-factor authentication, protect recovery channels and remove access when a team member leaves. Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security and operating preferences; optional tracking should be enabled only under the applicable consent controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected exposure promptly without including passwords or private keys. We will investigate and handle notifications as required by applicable obligations. Administrators should periodically review permissions, integrations, exports and the customer information available through their chatbot.
Updates and contact
This notice is versioned so customers can identify the terms presented at a transaction or registration. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate service or website channels. This notice is not a substitute for a negotiated data-processing agreement and does not waive mandatory privacy or consumer rights. Requests can be sent to sales@t24global.com or raised through the service contact page. Include your tenant name and relevant reference, but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Contractual disputes are addressed under our Terms and Conditions, subject always to rights and remedies that applicable law preserves.
