Terms and Conditions
Agreement and authority
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the T24 Global website and the software, templates, downloads and services described in an accepted order or agreement. The person accepting an order for an organisation confirms that they have authority to do so. Browsing a demonstration does not create a paid subscription. A written order, scope and applicable commercial terms identify the services being purchased. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact sales@t24global.com before accepting an order if a description, price, responsibility or implementation dependency is unclear.
Catalog, trials and scope
Industry templates provide starting configuration, sample content and enabled workflows rather than a promise that every specialist industry requirement is complete. Available and scoped-implementation capabilities are distinguished in the catalog. Samples must be reviewed for accuracy, qualifications, taxes, availability and permitted use before publication. Free evaluations do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. Core tools and usage allowances are governed by the policy presented to the tenant, and future pricing changes require the applicable notice and acceptance process. External licences, professional certification and third-party approvals are not implied.
Prices, taxes and currency
INR is the standard pricing basis unless an accepted order states otherwise. Other locale displays can be approximate reference conversions, not a guaranteed foreign-exchange quote. The approved invoice states the payable currency, line items, taxes and total. Modules, process templates, implementation and provider charges are distinct items. Metered charges require an agreed unit, rate, billing period and recorded consumption; displaying a meter alone does not create an automatic debit authority. Customers should raise discrepancies before paying and preserve the relevant invoice or request identifier for reconciliation.
Payment and activation
Online domestic payment is offered through the configured Razorpay checkout when available. International bank-transfer orders remain pending until authorised central support or a platform super administrator verifies the receipt and commercial terms. Sending a payment reference or uploading evidence does not itself prove that funds were received. Backend cash or bank-transfer recording requires authorised staff review. Access, downloads and subscriptions are released only after the applicable payment or complimentary approval. Test-mode gateway success must not activate a paid live entitlement. Never share card passwords, banking PINs or one-time passwords with support.
Downloads and software rights
A downloadable package is supplied only when an approved file, version, description and licence are attached to its offering. Purchase does not transfer ownership of T24 Global software, third-party components or trademarks unless expressly agreed. The accepted licence defines permitted users, installations, modification and redistribution. Keep downloaded materials and access credentials secure. Do not publish private download links or distribute a package beyond its licence. Compatibility, updates, deployment assistance and support depend on the stated scope. Customers should retain a copy of the accepted description and licence before downloading.
Tenant administration and acceptable use
Each tenant controls authorised users, roles, content and business processes within its granted modules and limits. Administrators must obtain necessary rights and permissions for uploaded data and customer communications. Prohibited use includes unauthorised access, malicious files, unlawful content, evasion of quotas and interference with other tenants. Chatbot answers and automated documents must be reviewed where human approval or professional judgement is required. T24 Global may restrict access to address material misuse, non-payment or security risk, subject to applicable notice and legal obligations.
Data, availability and changes
T24 Global may use shared database infrastructure to operate and support the service, with tenant-scoped access and the protections described in the Privacy Policy. This is not unrestricted permission to exploit personal data. Customers needing special retention, residency, availability or recovery commitments must agree them in writing. Maintenance, provider outages and network issues can affect availability; no uninterrupted-service guarantee is implied without an explicit service-level agreement. Configuration changes and software updates may require customer testing. Keep suitable exports and continuity arrangements for critical business records.
Cancellation, refunds and responsibility
Cancellation, renewal and refund conditions are stated in the accepted order and applicable law. Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, failed delivery or materially incorrect supply; provide references rather than sensitive credentials. Do not assume that deleting an account automatically cancels a contractual commitment. Each party remains responsible for its own breach and applicable obligations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated limitation of liability, warranty or indemnity must be clear in the signed commercial agreement rather than inferred from marketing content.
Disputes and governing law
Please first send a written description of the dispute and relevant references to sales@t24global.com so the parties can seek a practical resolution. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, the agreement is governed by the laws of India and the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a legally protected consumer forum or statutory remedy. A separate signed agreement may set additional dispute procedures where lawful. Changes are versioned; an accepted order retains the applicable commercial record, and material new obligations are not imposed merely by silently changing a webpage.
