Starting a business should not mean starting a separate technology project for every department. T24 Global helps founders and growing enterprises choose an industry blueprint, an editable storefront and the operational modules that support their first commercial journey. The objective is practical: give the people doing the work a shared reference, a clear next action and the appropriate access, while the business owner focuses on the offering and the customer.
Day one is a starting foundation, not an automatic declaration of production readiness. We agree the scope, configure approved business data and test the selected journeys before launch. External providers, specialist industry engines and jurisdiction-specific requirements need their own review. You retain a defined implementation plan rather than discovering these dependencies after taking a customer order.
Connect discovery, sales and service
Bring the website, catalogue, Commerce and B2B Experiences together with Sales CRM, Service CRM, Field Service Management and Order Management. A business buyer may require organisation verification, a customer-specific catalogue and an approved commercial agreement. A consumer may need a straightforward order or booking. A service enquiry should become an identifiable request with an owner, not an untracked email. The right combination depends on what you sell and how you fulfil it.
Industry context matters. A hotel needs stay dates and accommodation context; a consulting firm needs a scope, delivery milestones and review evidence; a retailer needs products and fulfilment details. The industry pages show sample offerings, form fields, process priorities and review measures so you can discuss a concrete operating model. These examples are not a promise that every specialist engine or live provider connection is enabled.
Run the work behind the sale
Add Finance ERP, Procurement and Contracts, HRMS and the relevant supply-chain modules to the same tenant as required. Maintain references between operational records, invoices, approvals and supporting documents. User groups and permission sets determine which staff can read or change each area. Process Studio can collect structured inputs, route permitted human actions and retain a history of the work. Role-aware chatbot assistance can help users locate permitted information and prepare configured process inputs, without replacing authorization or human approval.
Start with the first useful operating cycle and expand deliberately. Confirm an order, fulfil the work, review the invoice and inspect the evidence before opening more modules. Extra users, modules, processes and consumption allowances should be reviewed against the current commercial proposal; they are not unlimited simply because a template is available.
Make improvement measurable
Reporting and process mining turn recorded activity into reviewable evidence. Examine cases, activities, common and unusual variants, repeated steps and observed durations. Apply filters and compare worksheets to investigate where the work differs. These measures depend on captured events: missing history cannot be reconstructed by a chart, and observed first-to-last activity is not proof of an unrecorded completion. Use findings to guide a business review, then verify that a changed process improves the agreed outcome.
Analytics should remain contextual and permission-aware. A service manager may review response and resolution work, while procurement examines approval and receipt handoffs. Share an analysis configuration with authorized colleagues without distributing unrestricted transaction data. We help select useful measures before designing attractive dashboards, so each report answers a business question.
A credible approach to cost savings
A pre-integrated foundation can reduce repeated data entry, duplicated administration and the ongoing effort of maintaining disconnected sites, systems and integrations. Reuse a catalogue, security model and workflow pattern where they fit. Add modules when the business needs them rather than paying for every operating area at the outset.
We do not publish a guaranteed savings percentage without a baseline. Compare existing licences, server and hosting costs, integration maintenance, support effort and manual reconciliation with the proposed setup. Include migration, implementation, provider subscriptions, message delivery and consumption allowances. The resulting estimate should identify assumptions and exclusions, so a founder can make a responsible decision.
Guided counselling and a reviewed launch
Our business assessment maps the current or proposed customer journey, operating roles, decision points and evidence requirements. Process digitalisation counselling turns that map into a prioritised plan. Automation consulting identifies repeatable work and human review boundaries. Analytics guidance defines measures and reporting ownership. Marketing automation planning connects the audience, content calendar, consent and lead follow-up, with external channels enabled only after approval.
Young entrepreneurs can begin with a scoped sample workspace and a conversation about their first viable process. Established teams can assess one department or an end-to-end journey. Bring your industry, operating country, team size and the outcome you want to improve. T24 Global will help distinguish the reusable foundation from the specialist work that needs its own design and acceptance criteria.
Choose your operating locale
For an India business, select English (India) and INR when creating the workspace. The module subscription starts at INR 5,000 per month, with taxes, third-party charges and scoped implementation assessed separately. Confirm the legal entity, invoicing information and applicable tax treatment before launch. A template does not replace an accountant, licensed professional or regulatory review, and selecting India does not automatically enable payments.
Discuss your business
Discuss your workflow with T24 Global at sales@t24global.com or +91 9972769456. Share the business activity, team size, operating country and the first outcome you want to improve. We can review a suitable template and module combination with you. Submit an enquiry to receive a service request reference; a sales discussion does not collect payment or create an automatic paid subscription.
