Turn repeatable work into controlled workflows
Custom forms, approvals, documents and workflow design
Discuss this offeringStart with the business outcome
A business needs a request that does not fit a standard screen: an approval, inspection, exception or document review. Define the input fields, required evidence and responsible roles first. Reuse a process template where possible and keep the request understandable to the person submitting it.
A connected working day
Configure review, clarification, hold, approval and rejection with explicit responsibilities. Approved documents can be generated from the controlled record using configured templates. An API action must be separately authorised and validated; approving a form must not silently grant access or move money.
Measures, controls and scope
Review waiting approvals, repeated clarification and process ageing. Version the workflow when requirements change and test the old and new cases. Process Studio supports configurable business operations; specialist engines and unconfigured integrations are not created automatically by adding a form.
A practical acceptance session
Bring one operator, one reviewer and one person who will receive the outcome to the trial. Use a realistic example for process studio, then deliberately omit a required value, submit a duplicate request and try an action with an unauthorised role. Confirm that errors identify what needs correction and that an unfinished request cannot appear completed. Repeat the journey on a phone and a desktop. Inspect the resulting reference, status, document and notification rather than treating a success message as the whole test.
Before the team goes live, write down the owner of each exception and the evidence required to close it. Include a route for customer clarification and an escalation when the assigned person is absent. Review the first working period against a small number of clear measures. Improve the process from observed exceptions instead of enabling every optional setting at once.
Your market and commercial choices
For an India business, select English (India) and INR when creating the workspace. The module subscription starts at INR 5,000 per month, with taxes, third-party charges and scoped implementation assessed separately. Confirm the legal entity, invoicing information and applicable tax treatment before launch. A template does not replace an accountant, licensed professional or regulatory review, and selecting India does not automatically enable payments.
Evaluate before expanding
Start with a 30-day sample workspace without a card or automatic charge. Review an industry demo, choose the modules you need and create an independent editable copy. The clone carries approved configuration and sample offerings, not another business's customers, credentials or transaction history. Tenant administration, user management and security remain part of the foundation. Add further modules only after reviewing the monthly scope with your team.
Keep the decision with the right person
A request is not an approval, a quotation is not a payment, and a completed form is not proof that an external action happened. Keep human review for decisions that change money, stock, access or customer commitments. Provider integrations require credentials and explicit activation. Availability depends on the configured modules and user permissions; specialist engines and jurisdiction-specific certification are separately scoped.

Discuss your workflow with T24 Global at sales@t24global.com or +91 9972769456. Share the business activity, team size, operating country and the first outcome you want to improve. We can review a suitable template and module combination with you. Submit an enquiry to receive a service request reference; a sales discussion does not collect payment or create an automatic paid subscription.
